Ingredients for Cranberry Bliss Bar

Cranberry joy bars have sweet-tart dried cranberries and white chocolate as the main components.

The rich, buttery taste of these festive blondie cookies comes from butter.

The bars’ main ingredients are flour, baking powder, and eggs, which are seasoned with orange essence, vanilla extract, and a dash of ginger.

Cranberry happiness bars are a delicious orange and vanilla cream cheese icing with chocolate and chopped dried cranberries on top.

Cranberry Bliss Bars: How to Make Them

Starbucks-style cranberry joy bars are simple to create. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Using parchment paper, line a baking pan. Begin by mixing the butter and brown sugar together. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, orange essence, and vanilla extract until creamy.

Combine the ground ginger, baking powder, salt, and flour in a mixing bowl. Make sure you don’t overmix the batter! Your joy bars will get thick as a result of your efforts. Fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate with a light hand. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges, after transferring the batter to the baking pan. Allow the cake to cool fully on a wire rack before applying the frosting.

To create the frosting, combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth and lump-free. Mix in the orange and vanilla extracts, then spread the mixture over the chilled bar and smooth it out with a spatula. Drizzle the chocolate over the top and sprinkle with dried cranberries. Place the bar in the refrigerator to let the frosting to set before slicing.

Cranberry Bliss Bars: How to Cut Them

Your cranberry joy bars may be cut into squares or triangles. Regardless of how you cut them, make sure you use a sharp knife. To make triangles, first cut the bar into squares, then diagonally cut the squares in half to produce triangles.

If you don’t have orange extract on hand, replace 1 teaspoon orange zest with 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed orange juice.

Gluten-free cranberry bliss bars may be made by substituting gluten-free flour for all-purpose flour.

Make sure the batter isn’t overmixed.

Don’t overbake your cranberry bliss bars; they’ll become firm rather than chewy if you do.
